Picked on the 26th at $3.61 with a lot of movement that day, then continuing on to $5.11 for that 42% gain. đ¸ $OPAD peaked at $6.35 on its last day in Segment 6! Looks like the Real estate was sector pricing in the upcoming rate cut in mid September.
